SHOEBOX ARTS SLIDING SCALE MEMBERSHIP
I want Shoebox to be accessible to artists from all backgrounds. I regularly offer discounted memberships to low-income artists and those from marginalized communities. Artists who can pay full price help subsidize those who cannot.
My lower rates and discounts are intended for low-income and working class artists; Black, Indigenous, and People of Color; trans* and non-binary folks; and artists with disabilities.
Because Shoebox isn't a non-profit, artists with means can support this work by paying full price for membership and recommending Shoebox to other artists and organizations that can pay full price.
