Two NEW time slots = twice the community (and zero FOMO)

Hey there,

Quick question: How many amazing opportunities have you missed because they happened at 11am on a Tuesday?

Yeah, me too. After we published our "A Month in the Life" blog post last week showing what Shoebox Arts programming looks like, I got so many emails from working artists, parents, and night owls saying "This is exactly what I need, but those morning times don't work for my life."

That's why I'm changing how we do Office Hours and Book Club at Shoebox Arts.

Starting July 2nd:

  • Office Hours: Mondays at 11am PST AND 6pm PST

  • Book Club: Wednesdays at 11am PST AND 6pm PST

The reality check: Artists aren't all retired or independently wealthy. You have day jobs, teaching schedules, kids, life. Your professional development shouldn't require you to choose between paying rent and building your art career.

What this means: → Pick the time that works for your actual life → Same supportive community, same practical guidance → Same format: real talk about the art world, real solutions to real challenges → Both sessions recorded, but we all know the magic happens live

Plus, our monthly programming is already designed for busy people:Saturday morning speakers - industry professionals sharing insights when you're not at work → Sunday morning crit groups - weekend feedback sessions that fit around your schedule → Signal chat & Facebook group - 24/7 community support whenever you need it

Who this serves better:

  • Working artists who can't attend daytime sessions

  • Parents managing school schedules

  • East Coast artists (these times work better for you!)

  • Anyone who's ever thought "I wish I could join but..."

Same energy, same content, more access. Because community shouldn't be a luxury good.

Want to try us out? Reply and I'll send you the details. First session is always free to see if we're your people.

The art world is challenging enough. Your support system shouldn't be.

xx, Kristine

P.S. - Current members: yes, you can attend both sessions if you want extra community time. No, there's no additional cost. Yes, I'm prepared for you overachievers. 😉
